One Call, a remote-first company, seeks a Software Engineer to contribute across the development life cycle. You will design, code, test, implement, maintain and support software used by internal partners and external customers, collaborating with analysts, product managers, and other engineers to ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role is entry-level professional, typically requiring 0–2 years of applications development experience, with emphasis on teamwork, learning, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience with end-to-end SDLC and modern development approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
