Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the developers in setting and meeting software specifications based on user information.
• Help write and enhance codes, aligning projects with business goals and requirements.
• Support the management of software tools and ensure compliance with coding standards and designs.
• Create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Document feature specifications and identify operational feasibility.
• Execute software verification plans and QA procedures.
• Provide efficient, timely, dependable service to customers and review user feedback.
