Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Manager of Software Development for a fully remote role, preferably aligned with Central Time Zone hours. You will lead ~7 engineers, drive Agile practices, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in healthcare technology.

The role emphasizes leadership over hands-on coding, with a strong focus on mentoring and process improvement. The position offers a competitive salary of $105,000–$140,000 per year with bonus potential and comprehensive

Qualifications

Experience leading software development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience tracking team performance using KPIs and project metrics.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Technical experience with Microsoft technologies or .NET is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
