• Hands-on profile involved in technical and architectural discussions.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: guide complex multi-disciplinary projects, provide problem-solving guidance, ensure quality, performance and security.
• Project Management: ensure valuable deliveries, timelines, metrics, remove blocks, report status, apply lessons learned.
• People Management: evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1s, productivity, career direction, hiring/dismissal processes.
• Relationship management with stakeholders, delivering software solutions and securing team commitment.
• Suggest and promote process improvements.
