Qualifications

• Two+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java Spring (Java 11–17), SQL, and Kubernetes.
• Strong OO programming and ability to write clean code.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply best practices like TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Deliver high-quality software using continuous delivery where needed.
• Collaborate in value-driven teams to create customer experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams to embed UX specs and concepts.
• Support DevOps culture and take ownership beyond individual deliverables.
• Stay informed by Technology Radar to solve client problems.
