Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED with 15 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in master mapping translation tables with revisions for customer specs and automation.
• SQL and Database coding is required.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and LIMS is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• System Management: maintain and update systems with data accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate changes, including staging and deploying certificate profiles and material assignments in SAP and LIMS.
• Manage COA-related change requests from initiation to go-live, with automation focus.
• Serve as primary contact for customer notifications related to COA setup, ASN communications, and quality liaison.
• Ensure documentation is complete (specs, mapping tables, batch info).
• Automate data flows between SAP, LIMS, and third-party vendors via IDOCs and templates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Production, IT, Sales, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
