Qualifications

• 5 years of health-related clinical work experience.
• 3 years of management, supervisory, team lead and/or project leadership experience.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or current State RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

Responsibilities

• Performs management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Directs day-to-day operations of the department and implements policies and programs.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure adherence to evidence-based social work practices.
• Ensure consistency and quality of member assessments, care plans, interventions, and documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continual improvement in services.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to enhance delivery of social work programs and respond to market changes.
