The role ensures clinical quality, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and program performance while driving care outcomes and engagement.

The successful candidate will oversee staffing and scheduling, set performance goals, and collaborate across departments to optimize services and achieve enterprise objectives.

Competenze

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• 5 years of health-related clinical work experience.
• 3 years of management, supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LCSW) or equivalent preferred.
