Job summary

Linktree is seeking a Social Video Editor on a contract basis to produce platform-native content at social speed. You’ll own edits end-to-end, transforming raw shoots and UGC into polished cuts across Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.

Bring 3–5 years of editing social video, a strong sense for hooks and pacing, and expert-level command of Premiere Pro (CapCut, After Effects a plus). Remote, high-volume workflow with fast turnaround.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years editing social or digital video for a brand or agency.
• Portfolio of platform-native work across Reels, Shorts and YouTube.
• Expert-level Premiere Pro; CapCut fluent; After Effects knowledge.
• Ability to turn varied footage into clear, native content.

Responsibilities

• Own the edit end-to-end from concept to final delivery.
• Create platform-native cuts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube and more.
• Develop hooks, pacing and retention across variants.
• Versioning, asset management and high-volume workflow.
• Collaborate with channel managers to test variants and learn.
