Job summary

Pennwood Cyber Charter School is seeking Pennsylvania-certified educators to deliver high-quality virtual instruction to students from home offices in Pennsylvania, using the Learning Management System, telephone, internet, and curriculum tools for synchronous and asynchronous teaching.

You will communicate with students and Learning Coaches, monitor progress, provide feedback, maintain records, and collaborate with colleagues, counseling, and engagement teams to help students complete programs

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania instructional certification for the assigned grade level and subject.
• Pennsylvania residency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering virtual instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asynchronous and synchronous instruction.
• Complete grading, lesson preparation, and student/family communications.
• Maintain knowledge of the K-12 curriculum and course specifics.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with teams to support student success.
