Job summary

Lemon Seed Marketing is seeking a Social Media Strategist to lead strategy and creative direction for multiple client accounts. You will oversee organic and paid social, develop platform-specific plans, and guide content creation. A strong background in design, video editing, and analytics is essential.

You will coach the Social Media Content Creators, drive engagement through data-informed decisions, and maintain a high standard for quality across campaigns. Remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or design.
• Proven track record leading social media strategy across platforms.
• Experience with paid social ads, creative direction, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead social media strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Create platform-specific strategies aligned to client goals and audiences.
• Lead organic and paid social, including setup, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Provide creative direction for graphics, video, Reels, and social-first content.
• Use design and video editing to evaluate and improve quality.
• Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on data.
• Oversee content calendars and keep the team ahead of schedule.
• Lead client conversations on strategy, content, and performance.
• Coach and develop Social Media Content Creators.
• Provide hands-on training in strategy, paid social, design, video editing, and content creation.
• Review work and give actionable feedback to raise quality.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and trends in formats.
