Job summary

AgentSync is seeking a seasoned Social Media Specialist to support multiple client accounts from a remote setup. You will craft strategies, create engaging content, schedule posts, and help with reporting to measure success.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in marketing or social media, excels at writing, being highly organized, and proactively contributing ideas to meet client objectives across industries. Experience with agency work is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications support.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Proactive communicator, eager learner, and able to maintain consistent, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: support content & social media managers for client content strategies.
• Create social media posts and calendars, including static, photography, videos, and captions from supplied content.
• Provide ideas and recommendations for content based on clients' businesses, industries, and reporting results.
• Develop marketing assets including Meta ad assets, EDM assets, and photography mood boards.
• Generate creative content ideas tailored to each client's brand, audience, industry, and marketing objectives.
• Content Scheduling & Community Management: schedule and maintain social media calendars and accounts within management software and native platforms.
• Assist with community management and monitoring of social channels.
• Reporting & Team Support: provide administrative, production, and reporting support to the Social Media & Content Manager and Account Manager.
