ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead daily content across major platforms, managing the editorial calendar and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to drive engagement and brand awareness.

You will craft original and repurposed content, including short-form videos, reels, and carousels, while analyzing performance metrics and staying ahead of trends. A strong storytelling background and experience with franchises are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of social media marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling for short-form content.
• Understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Soci, Rallio).

Responsibilities

• Manage development and execution of social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Maintain and manage an editorial calendar for each brand to ensure consistent social presence.
• Create original and repurposed content, including short-form videos, reels, and carousels.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, creative and exec teams to source content needs.
• Edit and package content from franchisees, field staff, and events to maximize reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, community engagement, and platform trends.
• Contribute to strategic social media planning with Head of Social Media.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with agency or internal teams on paid media campaign creative.
• Stay current on platform updates and trends to keep content fresh.
• Support brand events by capturing and posting content in real-time.
