Wing is seeking a Social Media Assistant to remotely manage content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms. You will gather audience insights, help shape campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams on promotional initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or marketing course, 2+ years in social media, strong English, and the ability to work graveyard shifts. Remote, US-friendly schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or certified marketing/business course.
• At least 2 years experience in Social Media or related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2).
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, print and web design.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Compelling portfolio of work across creative projects.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Upload and curate engaging multimedia content and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Gather audience insights and industry trends for campaigns.
• Develop or oversee content calendar and posts across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and promotions.
• Moderate conversations, build brand rapport, manage reviews and feedback.
• Research influencers and potential partnerships.
• Create written content (captions, descriptions) for social posts.
• Assist Ad Manager with social media campaigns.
• Conduct general administration and ad hoc tasks.
