Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns. The role involves managing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus WhatsApp chats for facilities to ensure authentic, personalized communication.

Proficiency in Photoshop or similar editing tools and experience with Hootsuite are preferred. Healthcare exposure is a plus, with a hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
• Team player who can lead and motivate individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Content Creation.
• Proficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop or other photo editing software.
• InDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
• Plan, create, publish, and share content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage WhatsApp communication per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.
• Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software.
• Create editorial calendars.
• Utilize current social media trends and best practices.
• Monitor comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
• Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Track marketing results and produce monthly analytical reports.
