TSR Consulting seeks a Social Media Manager - Global Performance to join a client team. This remote role, aligned with EST hours, focuses on paid social and performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and Bing from Los Angeles, CA-based client initiatives.

The role involves planning, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on campaigns designed to grow subscriptions and revenue. 12-month contract with potential extension; W2 pay between $20 and $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Hands-on with self-serve, auction-based, and biddable platforms.
• Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and/or Bing.
• Strong paid media metrics knowledge: CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch paid social campaigns with accurate tracking.
• Analyze audience data and campaign performance to optimize results.
• Provide in-flight and post-campaign performance recaps.
• Report, track governance, and support data needs.
• Troubleshoot campaigns and implement fixes.
• Develop social media strategies and media plans aligned with KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns across platforms and apply learnings from testing.
• Coordinate global campaigns across international markets.
• Pull reports and maintain campaign data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results.
