Job summary

Leap Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to publish and strategically promote engaging short-form content across client channels. You will manage each client’s social presence and work toward planning-driven objectives with dedication and strategic thinking.

You will collaborate with internal teams on content strategies, support paid social efforts, and ensure brand voice remains consistent across platforms. A proactive, client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content or managing social media channels; internships or freelance work count.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills for cross-platform content.
• High attention to detail in content creation, publishing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish short-form content that aligns with client brands and drives engagement.
• Manage client social media channels with consistent voice and brand positioning.
• Support paid social initiatives and campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
• Monitor and moderate interactions, foster community engagement, and manage brand reputation.
• Generate ideas to enhance content strategies and expand audience reach.
