You will collaborate with internal teams, manage client social profiles, and support paid social efforts; remote candidates are welcome, with a preference for Louisville or Indianapolis given occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content or managing social media channels; internships or freelance work count (entry-level welcomed).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills across platforms.
• High attention to detail in content creation, publishing, and reporting.
• Ability to grow in a client-facing role with proactive client service.
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus but not required.
• Collaborative and team-focused with ability to work cross-functionally.
