Job summary

Leap Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to publish and strategically promote short-form content across client-owned channels. You will manage each client’s social presence and work toward planning goals.

You will be dedicated, ambitious, and strategic in approach. A significant part of this role involves finding creative ways to amplify content for clients, collaborating with internal teams on content strategies, and supporting media planners with paid social initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content or managing social media channels, including internships, freelance work, coursework, or personal projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills to craft content across platforms.
• High attention to detail in content creation, publishing, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a client-facing role with proactive service.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and digital advertising interfaces.
• Collaborative, team-focused with cross-functional communication.
• Passion for social media trends and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and/or publish compelling short-form content across client channels.
• Manage client social media channels with consistent voice and brand positioning.
• Support paid social initiatives with campaign setup, monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor and moderate interactions, foster community engagement, manage brand reputation.
• Generate ideas to enhance content strategies and uncover audience opportunities.
