You will plan content, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency while exploring new formats and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 2-5 year of experience can apply.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
• Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends and digital marketing.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
• Edit short videos and reels using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Support content planning and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Research trending content formats, hashtags, topics, and social media trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify creative content opportunities.
• Engage with followers, comments, and messages across social platforms.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain brand consistency.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and social media posts.
