Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Social Media Manager to lead our digital engagement strategy from anywhere in the country. This role drives brand presence across major platforms, builds vibrant online communities, and crafts innovative campaigns aligned with business goals.

You will develop content, monitor KPIs, and report on ROI, while collaborating with distributed teams in a fully remote setup. A strong portfolio of remote campaigns is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management with a remote campaign portfolio.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to grow online communities and brand presence.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content including text, images, video, or HTML.
• Oversee the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of information on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor industry trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activity to inform optimization.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and cultivate a positive brand image through community management.
• Analyze performance using data tools and prepare KPI/ROI reports to guide future strategies.
