Job summary

U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to own the full lifecycle from planning to publishing. You will craft engaging photos, videos, and copy, working with Sales, Customer Service, and HR to maintain brand consistency.

Occasional visits to our Vancouver, WA office will be required to capture authentic content. You will manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more, grow the online community, and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent storytelling and content creation skills (visual and written).
Access to camera and content creation equipment for video and visual content.

Responsibilities

Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and value-driven content that reflects the company's mission and core values.
Grow and nurture our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to optimize our content strategy.
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline branding initiatives.
