Job summary

Beside is building an AI assistant for small businesses, and we are hiring a Social Media Manager to own Beside’s organic presence across brand channels and founder accounts. You’ll be hands-on and autonomous, turning raw material into high-quality content that works on social platforms.

You’ll own the social calendar, publish thoughtfully, and maintain a consistent cadence while adapting to timely opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, autonomous operator who knows what makes content work on social.
• Own the social calendar, publishing, and day-to-day operation of our brand channels and founder accounts.
• Turn raw material into content that lands and is tailored for each platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the social calendar, publishing, and day-to-day operation of our brand channels and selected founder accounts.
• Decide what’s worth publishing, where it belongs, and when it should go live.
• Keep a consistent cadence while leaving room for timely ideas and live opportunities.
• Find the strongest material across UGC, customer and team footage, product demos, and paid creative.
• Rewrite and tailor content for each platform instead of reposting assets as-is.
• Create lightweight original content when needed.
• Maintain Beside voice while adapting hooks and copy to each platform.
• Help founders translate their thinking into posts that feel like them.
• Build recognizable formats that showcase our product, customers, and team.
