Job summary

Canal Alliance seeks a Director of Impact, Learning & Strategy to strengthen its ability to understand and act on social impact. You will lead measurement, governance, and organizational learning across programs, building on Salesforce systems and cross-team collaboration.

The role emphasizes facilitating learning cycles, aligning measures with Theory of Change, and supporting leaders with clear evidence for strategic decisions. 32-hour weeks and hybrid work are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in impact measurement, program evaluation, organizational learning, or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative work with leaders and staff to agree on meaningful measures and use evidence to improve practice.
• Experience working with underserved or immigrant communities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships, understand programs, workflows, and staff experience to share knowledge and reach agreement.
• Lead continuous improvement and track adoption alongside client outcomes.
• Facilitate annual learning agenda with Executive Team and department leaders; maintain Theory of Change.
• Prepare evidence and facilitate discussions linking findings to actions and improvements.
• Analyze outcomes across services and develop measures for place-based and civic engagement work.
• Partner with Information Systems to translate learning questions into reporting and collection requirements.
