You will lead community management, track engagement and sentiment, and help identify trends, creators, and opportunities for reactive content while maintaining a positive brand presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media or community management.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, and LGBTQ+ communities.
• Strong copywriting with humor and cultural relevance.
• Hands-on experience with X, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Sprinklr.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with major brands and bold brand voice is a plus.
• Basic design or video editing with Canva/CapCut/Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead community management across owned and earned social channels, engaging with audiences and participating in online conversations.
• Monitor internet trends, pop culture, memes, and LGBTQ+ online communities to identify opportunities for reactive content.
• Develop engaging, culturally relevant copy reflecting the brand's voice.
• Track social engagement, audience sentiment, and content performance for insights.
• Support content scheduling, publishing, and optimization across platforms.
• Identify influencers, creators, and emerging social trends.
• Collaborate with the Social Content Manager for consistent messaging and execution.
• Manage community inquiries and sensitive conversations while maintaining a positive brand presence.
