Job summary

TRUECar is seeking a Social & Creator Content Manager to own its creator and influencer program from outreach to final post. You will recruit buyers, brief creators, contract and pay them, and report results across our social channels to earn shopper trust.

You will manage remote and in-person shoots, ensuring real people, not AI-generated influencers, are featured. The role requires program management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to scale repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of creator campaigns sourced, briefed, contracted, paid and reported on.
• Knowledge of creator contracts, usage rights, whitelisting and FTC disclosures.
• Comfort with platform analytics and turning results into clear recommendations.
• Remote video testimonial tools such as Vocal Video preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the creator program end to end: vet, brief, contract, pay and report on creators across major platforms.
• Build a roster of real car buyers and diverse voices for testimonials.
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and LinkedIn from a centralized platform.
