Job summary

TRUECar is seeking a Social & Creator Content Manager to own the creator and influencer program from outreach to final post. You will build a steady pipeline of customer testimonial videos and ensure every piece earns trust across TRUECar’s social channels.

You'll negotiate fees and rights, coordinate with Brand, Creative, and PR teams, and supervise remote and in-person shoots, while keeping dozens of creators organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Expert, hands-on use of enterprise social media management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of creator campaigns and influencer ecosystems.
• Experience negotiating fees, rights, and disclosures.
• Ability to translate data into actionable program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end creator and influencer programs across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
• Build and manage a roster of creators representing diverse voices.
• Publish native content across all TRUECar social channels with coordinated teams.
• Monitor engagement, flag risks, and escalate issues as needed.
