Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Social Content Specialist who lives and breathes social media, with a sharp eye for design and video editing, to produce platform-native content (primarily static with short-form video) and support light community management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, while keeping content fresh and culturally relevant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
• Experience in community management is a plus.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
• Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create thumb-stopping content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Design static graphics and edit short-form videos using brand guidelines and current trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy.
• Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs.
• Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools.
• Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
• Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams.
