Social Media Creator & Editor

We're looking for a Social Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and elevate our social work - fast, and with range. You understand social as a primary channel, not an afterthought. You've got a sharp editing eye and at least one \"extra\" skill that takes content further - whether that's motion graphics, comedic writing, or on-camera presence. You're thoughtful about pacing, timing, and how a moment actually lands. You've got a genuine sense of humor and aren't afraid to get weird - the best social moments rarely come from playing it safe.

This role partners closely with our Social Content Lead, handling the day-to-day production and execution that keeps our accounts moving, while helping push our content into more ambitious, higher‑craft territory.

Expected salary range for this role is $54K-$65K

What you'll do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video content - primarily shot on iPhone, with an eye for when to use CapCut/Edits vs. Premiere (and After Effects) based on the work


• Edit and adapt content for both paid and organic channels, adjusting approach based on the client and campaign


• Shoot and edit green screen content alongside larger paid productions, keying and compositing footage into native social environments


• Take ownership of routine, recurring production work across multiple accounts, so the team has more time for strategy and higher‑level creative


• Partner with strategists, creatives, and producers to brainstorm and bring ideas to life


• Test new tools, formats, and approaches to elevate the work


• Stay on top of trends and bring a critical eye to how they apply to each client's specific voice, look/feel, and audience


• Deliver assets on time across multiple accounts

What you bring

• 1-3 years of experience creating social content with a demonstrable portfolio


• Strong eye for hooks, framing, pacing, and story


• Strong experience with CapCut and Edits, and Premiere; experience with After Effects strongly preferred


• Real social expertise - trends, platform nuance, and knowing when to go beyond \"best practices\"


• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team


• Portfolio or social handle(s) required with your application
