Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a talented content creator to launch and own native, short-form video for Instagram and TikTok. You will be on camera, brainstorm ideas, and shape the narrative from concept to execution, collaborating with our Social & Content lead.

Editing is handled in-house, so you focus on storytelling and on-camera presence. In this fully remote role, you’ll craft native content, chase trends, and help us grow across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years creating content for Instagram/TikTok
• Strong portfolio demonstrating on-camera ability
• Deep understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Instagram and TikTok from scratch, shaping strategy and owning execution day-to-day
• Film native short-form content and appear on camera yourself
• Live and breathe trends, sounds, and formats and turn them into ideas for RemotePass
• Pull teammates and other departments into content remotely
• Come up with static post ideas and brief design team
• Jump in on quick LinkedIn posts alongside Instagram/TikTok work
• Track performance and use it to improve future content
• Be a face of RemotePass as we expand into new markets
