Job summary

BlueVoyant is seeking a SOC Security Analyst L2 to defend global clients by handling security alerts and tickets, conducting investigations, and documenting findings. You will work with senior analysts and clients to reduce dwell time and impact of incidents.

You will triage and investigate SIEM/EDR data, perform phishing and credential analysis, and contribute to runbooks. Remote Romania-based role with 4-on/4-off shifts and strong security expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM/EDR tools in a SOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts and tickets from multiple sources.
• Own assigned tickets through to resolution within SLAs.
• Document investigation steps, findings, and actions in ticketing systems.
• Take initial response actions per runbooks and client procedures.
• Escalate complex incidents to L3 with supporting evidence.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and remediation guidance.
