CyberSheath Services International, LLC is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst I for our Security Operations team. The role supports proactive monitoring of client environments to detect, analyze, and mitigate external threats using a SIEM and related tools, with an emphasis on risk communication and actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in a SOC, familiarity with security tooling (Sumo Logic, Defender, Chronicle, Azure Sentinel), and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 0-3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Basic understanding of query languages.
• General knowledge of programming language operations.
• System and networking experience or education.
• Working knowledge of Office 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• U.S. Citizen and reside in the United States or Territories.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, investigate, document and report on security alerts and incidents.
• Process security investigation cases timely and thoroughly.
• Coordinate incidents requiring urgent response, containment and remediation.
• Create detailed investigative notes for alerts and incidents.
• Provide feedback on security processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on security training, certifications, and threats.
• Escalate investigations when warranted.
• Ensure shift-change documentation is complete and communicated.
