Job summary

DiLucci CPA Firm is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue from tax, accounting, and IRS services. This remote role supports clients across FL, TN, or TX, with a 40-hour week and a base of $2,500/month plus commission. You will own the sales process from lead to onboarding, building relationships with business owners.

You will be accountable for prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving the on-target earnings range. A background in tax or B2B sales is preferred.

• Experience selling to Small Business Owners (SMB).
• Open to learning new sales processes.

• Self-sufficient and able to manage one's own time.
• Well-organized and able to maintain a visible pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date forecast and CRM pipeline.
• Follow up diligently with potential clients over time.
• Document all interactions in the CRM notes.
• Available all days from 9 am-6 pm CST to take calls.
• Collaborate with the team to better serve clients.
• Collaborate to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding.
