DiLucci CPA Firm seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth through consultative selling of tax, accounting and IRS services. You’ll manage your own pipeline and handle inbound calls, turning conversations into opportunities.

This remote, full-time role offers a base salary plus commission with on-target earnings from $120k to $200k annually, emphasizing relationship-building with small business owners and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator over the phone/video conference.
• Experience selling to Small Business Owners (SMB).
• Open to learning new processes in sales.
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time.
• Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline observable by the Sales Leader.
• Nice-to-have: Tax experience is highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM and tracking systems.
• Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
• Document all interactions in the CRM notes.
• Available all days from 9 am-6 pm CST to take calls.
• Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales process to onboarding.
