Skyline Payments is seeking an Account Executive to drive top-of-funnel sales and close opportunities in a remote LATAM role. You will identify prospects, conduct discovery, present tailored demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to deliver value for SMBs.

You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, work with leadership to refine strategies, and benefit from uncapped earning potential in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in merchant services, B2B or outbound sales.
• Proven record of meeting quotas and generating leads.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience selling payment processing or FinTech solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and engage decision-makers through outbound outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Analyze statements to tailor proposals.
• Present value propositions and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies.
