Balto is seeking an SMB Customer Success Manager to own a book of 60 SMB accounts, guiding renewals, growth, and adoption. This fully remote role in the U.S. focuses on delivering value and ROI for customers using Balto’s AI tools.

You will manage a scalable, tech‑driven CS program, leveraging automation to support renewals, expansion, and ongoing customer success across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Mgmt, or related role.
• Experience managing SMB/mid-market customers in a tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewals cycle for your portfolio.
• Drive retention, expansion, and adoption across your book.
• Lead scalable, AI-assisted customer engagements and plays.
