Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Smart Contract Developer to architect decentralized systems, design and deploy on-chain logic, and ensure secure integration with Web3 platforms.

You will work 100% remotely, collaborate with a global team of top engineers, implement ERC standards, build DApps, optimize gas, perform security audits, and continuously improve performance with Ethereum/Solana ecosystems; enjoy flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with blockchain or Web3 technologies.
• Expertise in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, Solana, or NEAR ecosystems and ERC standards.
• Hands-on experience building DApps and integrating with RPC services and Web3 libraries.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test robust smart contracts to facilitate secure, automated transactions.
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) that interact with blockchain ecosystems.
• Implement and optimize ERC standards for tokenization projects, including NFTs and custom tokens.
• Perform gas optimization and code audits to ensure cost-effectiveness and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 libraries and RPC services into existing software architectures.
