Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Web3 Engineer to design and build decentralized solutions that power the next generation of the internet. You will focus on secure, high‑performance on‑chain systems and ensure seamless integration between blockchain protocols and user-facing applications.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architectural patterns, optimize for security, throughput and cost, and contribute to a globally distributed, remote‑first engineering culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering with a blockchain focus.
Smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
Experience with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK for DApps and RPCs.
Hands-on ERC standards and tokenization knowledge.
Proficiency with Web3 libraries to interact with networks.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure and efficient smart contracts.
Build and deploy DApps and RPC services.
Implement and manage tokenization strategies and ERC protocols.
Integrate blockchain networks with external systems and frontends via Web3 libraries.
Optimize on-chain architectures for security, throughput and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and security standards.
