Job summary

BudgetEase Bookkeeping is seeking a Small Business Bookkeeping Hero to support client accounting services. The role offers remote work with in-person training in Cleveland and monthly team meetings. You will handle AR/AP, bookkeeping entries, and reporting while growing with a respected CAS firm and mentoring from senior colleagues.

An onboarding program, a mentoring model, and continuous development are part of our culture as we serve 200+ clients and expand our services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping and/or QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer savvy, familiar with Windows and have a love for numbers
• Strong time management, communication, and administrative skills
• Business Degree and/or 2+ years’ experience in finance or accounting
• Must be able to pass a background check (including credit check)

Responsibilities

• Maintain flexibility and adapt to dynamic work environment(s)
• Be an efficiency champion, on the lookout for challenges and implementing better systems
• Strive for excellence when delivering services to 5-15 on-going clients
• Stay informed of clients’ needs and provide cost-effective solutions
• Document Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly to-dos in Client Hub our project management system.
