Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K-12 students in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, is licensed or eligible to practice in Ohio, and has ASHA certification.

Teletherapy experience and strong collaboration with schools, parents, and teachers are essential. The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $50/hour, with licensure support and cross-license opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• Current ASHA certification.
• Experience in school or pediatric teletherapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information promptly.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.
