Job summary

Parallel Learning is accepting applications for virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) licensed in Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year. Join our mission-driven team to provide personalized teletherapy, assisting children with learning differences.

We require candidates to hold an ASHA CCC-SLP and an active SLP license in Ohio, with a minimum of 1 year of school-based experience. Our compensation ranges from $52-$54/hour based on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience conducting IEP-directed therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in the IEP process and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Prior experience with Medicaid billing systems is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations leveraging clinical tools.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor IEPs.
