Job summary

eLuma is seeking licensed Arkansas SLPs for the 2026-2027 school year to provide virtual therapy to K-12 students. You’ll work remotely from your own space with strong clinical support across the eLuma network.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy, evaluations, IEP goal development, collaboration with educational teams, and thorough documentation. AR licensure and CCC-SLP are required, with teletherapy experience a plus.

Qualifications

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
Active AR license/DOE in Arkansas is required.
Minimum of one year of experience providing school-based therapy services under IEP directives.
Availability Monday through Friday during standard school hours.

Responsibilities

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under established IEPs.
Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations.
Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned to communication, language, and literacy outcomes.
Collaborate with school-based teams, special education staff, and families.
Complete required documentation and session notes within district-set timelines.
Participate in IEP meetings as needed, virtually.
