Job summary

eLuma is seeking virtual speech-language pathologists licensed in Kansas for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is remote, 37.5 hours per week, with potential split between two SLPs, and a schedule built around your life, backed by strong clinical support and a team that has been doing this for a long time.

Qualifications

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Active license in Kansas required.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing school-based therapy under an IEP/evaluation context.
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard school hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under established IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned to communication, language, and literacy outcomes.
• Collaborate with school-based teams, special education staff, and families.
• Complete required documentation and session notes within district-set timelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, virtually.
