Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the CPAP Centralized Care Team in a fully remote role. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling intake, insurance verification, and coordination of respiratory therapy services.

The position is remote, with 1st shift hours, and requires healthcare experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from home. Compensation includes a starting hourly wage plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patients.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with field locations and ensure timely service.
• Educate patients on CPAP therapy and products.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
• Perform intake and ensure accurate clinical, billing, and care documentation.
