Job summary

BreatheSuite Inc. is actively seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists to join our fully remote telehealth team. You will deliver patient-centered respiratory care to adults with chronic lung conditions from your home, using telehealth visits and remote monitoring.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, educating on inhaler techniques, and documenting care in our EMR. Licensure in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RRT with active license in one or more qualifying states.
• Experience delivering respiratory care via telehealth.
• Comfortable using EMR and telehealth platforms to document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care: conduct telehealth visits, assess patients, develop care plans.
• Educate patients on inhaler techniques, airway clearance, breathing exercises, and self-management.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and nurse practitioners for multidisciplinary care.
• Complete timely documentation using EMR and Care Team Dashboard.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join our virtual care team. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by delivering patient-centered care in a telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Virtual Care: Conduct telehealth visits to assess patients, develop care plans, and provide ongoing respiratory therapy for individuals with chronic lung conditions.
• Patient Education & Coaching: Educate patients on inhaler techniques, airway clearance strategies, breathing exercises, and self-management techniques as well as providing chronic disease management education.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with physical therapists and nurse practitioners to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Accurate Documentation: Complete timely and thorough documentation using BreatheSuite’s EMR and Care Team Dashboard.

Qualifications

• Licensed RRT: Active RRT license in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and/or Nevada
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EMR systems, and remote monitoring tools.
• Commitment to Patient Care: Passionate about improving the lives of patients with chronic lung conditions.
• Time Commitment: Flexible PRN role, hours vary based on patient demand.
