Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Sleep Study Support Specialist to join the SleepView Direct team. This second-shift, largely work-from-home role requires exceptional communication and the ability to manage multiple patient and customer tasks with care and efficiency.

You will provide phone support, scheduling, and documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and HIPAA-compliant record keeping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sleep center or patient-facing role.
• Experience with patient or customer communications by phone.
• Ability to document interactions accurately and maintain records.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work remotely with independent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic phone support to patients and customers.
• Assist with scheduling, testing, and aftercare guidance.
• Take thorough notes and document interactions.
• Coordinate testing appointments and timelines.
