Job summary

Dreem Health, part of Sunrise, is seeking an MD to deliver sleep medicine care through a fully remote platform. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment with flexibility and minimal administrative burden, enabling care from home.

You’ll spend about 20 hours per week in patient care, with additional time for interpretation, collaboration, and growing the model. You’ll mentor clinicians and help scale sleep care across the U.S., shaping the practice of sleep medicine.

Qualifications

• MD with preferred experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology.
• Must be licensed in CA and at least one additional state.
• Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.
• 1+ years in sleep medicine or sleep fellowship completion.
• Startup mindset: scrappy, solutions-oriented, and hands-on, with a “build, test, learn” approach.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms.
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide remote sleep medicine care with ~20 hours of patient care per week.
• Interpret data, collaborate with team, and contribute to model growth.
• Shape how sleep medicine is practiced nationally.
• Mentor the next generation of sleep clinicians.
• Support scaling of care delivery in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment
