Dreem Health | Sunrise is hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver sleep care through telemedicine as a key member of the clinical team. You will screen, diagnose, and treat patients, reporting to a Lead Nurse Practitioner, and play a central role in improving patient outcomes and the care experience.

The role requires 5+ years of direct patient care, 3+ years in sleep medicine for immediate start, and active CA APRN plus multi-state licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sleep medicine experience for starting within one month.
• If no prior sleep experience, completion of the Dreem Health Academy program (paid, 4-week training).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• CA APRN license and one or more additional state licenses required.
• Active CA Furnishing license and active DEA license (eligible to DEA license).
• Multistate licensure preferred (AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, NJ, PA, VA).

Responsibilities

Reporting to a Lead Nurse Practitioner, you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. What You’ll Do

• Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
• Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
• Applying appropriate billing procedures

• Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
• Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
• Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4‑week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
• A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required

Compensation

$120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
