Job summary

Integrated Sleep Care, a Pivotal Health Company, seeks a Sleep Physician (MD or DO) for a fully remote telemedicine role serving patients nationwide. This 1099 contractor position allows you to leverage remote monitoring, virtual consultations, and evidence-based sleep medicine practices to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from a US medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• Board Certification in Sleep Medicine or related Primary Care.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Strong communication, patient engagement, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable utilizing telemedicine and digital healthcare platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sleep medicine consultations with patients across states.
• Diagnose and treat sleep-related disorders using evidence-based guidelines.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe therapies and medications as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress via remote physiological monitoring platforms.
• Support CPAP therapy adherence and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
• Provide remote follow-up care and patient education.
• Provide clinical oversight with APPs as needed.
