Daily tasks include data imports, queries, forms, portals, campaigns, and troubleshooting. We value 4+ years with Slate, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate client goals into practical Slate solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with Technolutions Slate as CRM associate/administrator or specialist.
• Experience building Slate queries, forms, portals, workflows, reports, and Deliver campaigns.
• Salesforce experience a plus and helpful for integration work.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams, and good stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pivot’s primary Slate systems resource and day-to-day technical partner for assigned higher education clients.
• Support client Slate environments with data imports, queries, forms, portals, workflows, campaigns, and other Slate functionality.
• Monitor data integrity and flow within Slate; investigate discrepancies and implement resolutions.
• Build and maintain Slate queries, exports, reports, forms, portals, and workflows for enrollment, admissions, and marketing needs.
• Develop and maintain custom Slate portals for prospective student engagement and enrollment workflows.
• Create Slate Deliver campaigns and automated communications in collaboration with Pivot strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes through Slate automation and data management.
